To all of the women out there stepping into their power and healing their wounds, one by one, day after day, leading the rest of us towards new paths of self discovery, I am eternally grateful for your bravery and purity of heart. I see you. I feel you. I am rooting for you all.

I do what I do and I do it with ease and flow.

I do it all passionately, powerfully, embracing the knowingness that I was in fact engendered to do this and much more.

Enough with the shrinking and contorting in order to fit into someone else’s box. 

One’s perception of another is a reflection of a mirror aspect in oneself - nothing more, nothing else. 

This mind is free, and so is this body. 

This mind has gone through hell and back.

This body has encountered many storms.

This mind and body have found a way back towards the light of heightened conscious awareness. 

Check in with yourself rather than projecting your discomfort onto me. 

If a feeling of unease starts to come over you - ask yourself why. It is most valuable to explore triggers.

This mind and body are holy and divinely guided - all attempts to police them are bound to fail. 

This body was crafted by the stars and threaded with divine love and grace. 

What’s a man’s judgement call next to God’s unconditional love? To accept and honor every part of yourself is both the beginning and the end. It is a space of eternal creation where authentic greatness is birthed daily. 

At night I tuck myself in and rest inside of my own shell, peacefully.
